Return Policy

At Atelier Enliv, each piece is crafted with care, passion, and attention to detail, being handmade or created in very limited series. We understand the importance of trust in the purchase process and therefore aim to be fully transparent regarding our return policy.

Custom-made / personalized / unique products

According to EU Directive 2011/83 and Romanian Law OUG 34/2014, art. 16(c), products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Therefore, Atelier Enliv products that are:

• handcrafted and one-of-a-kind
• customized at the client’s request
• or made to order

Standard (non-customized) products

For products available from stock that are not customized or made to order, returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, under the following conditions:

• The product must be in the same condition as delivered (no signs of use, damage, or alteration)
• Returned in original packaging with all accessories/certificates included
• Return must be notified in writing to office@atelierenliv.com, stating the order number and reason for return

Defective or damaged items upon delivery

If the product arrives damaged or does not match the order:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel
• We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging
• Depending on the case, we will offer: product replacement, repair, or full refund

Return process

Once the return request is accepted (for eligible cases), we will provide the return address and instructions. The refunded amount will be issued to the customer's bank account within 14 calendar days of receiving and verifying the returned product.
